1. Stagecoach reserves the right to feature photographs and the name and home district of the prize winners in company publications or releases to the media.

2. This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over (“Participants”). The winners will be selected by random draw from the correct entries. Employees of Stagecoach (the promoter), their agents and contractors or any member of any such person’s family are not permitted to enter. Stagecoach reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants.

3. All panto entries must be received by 1st December 2010. The prize draw will take place on 1st December 2010. All Christmas Gifts for You entries must be received by 2nd December 2010. The prize draw will take place on 2nd December 2010. The Valentine's Day Gifts for You entries must be received by 28th January 2011. The prize draw will take place on 28th January 2011. Only one entry per household. Winners will be notified in writing by 9th December 2010 and 7th February 2011 for the Valentine's prize. The winner will be published in the next edition of the Coastliners magazine.

4. Prizes are non negotiable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The promoter reserves the rights to provide substitute prizes, of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

5. This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
 
6. Stagecoach reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of its promotion, or any tickets issued free, without notice, in the event of a major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events.

7. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
