1. Stagecoach reserves the right to feature photographs and the name and home district of the prize winners in company publications or releases to the media.

2. This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over (“Participants”). The winners will be selected by random draw from the correct entries. Employees of Stagecoach (the promoter), their agents and contractors or any member of any such person’s family are not permitted to enter. Stagecoach reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants.

3. All entries must be received by 5th December 2011. The prize draw will take place on 5th December 2011. Only one entry per household. Winners will be notified by phone. The winner will be published in the Summer 2012 edition of the Coastliners magazine.
4. Prizes are non negotiable. Prizes must be collected at the Brighton Sealife Centre. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The promoter reserves the rights to provide substitute prizes, of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

5. This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
 

6. Stagecoach reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of its promotion, or any tickets issued free, without notice, in the event of a major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events.

7. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
